Nothing ships, because everything is digital

Everything sold in this store is a digital PDF build plan. No physical items are shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery wait.

How you get your plans

Right after payment. Once your payment is confirmed (usually within minutes), you'll get a download link on the order confirmation page and in an email sent to the address you entered at checkout.
Save a copy. Download the PDF and keep it on your computer, phone or tablet. You can also print it for use in the shop.
Need help opening it? The plans are standard PDF files and open in any PDF reader (most phones and browsers have one built in).

If your email doesn't arrive

Wait a few minutes, then check your spam, junk or promotions folder.
Make sure the email address you entered at checkout was spelled correctly.
Still nothing? Email jacksonfabrication.welding@gmail.com with your order number (or the name and email used at checkout) and we'll send your download link directly, usually within 1 business day.

Bought on Etsy?

Etsy purchases are delivered by Etsy. Download them from You > Purchases and reviews on Etsy, or message us on Etsy for help.

Custom fabrication work

Custom fabrication work (railings, gates, table legs, architectural metalwork and similar) is not sold or shipped through this store. It is quoted separately, and delivery or installation is arranged as part of that quote.
