Refund policy

Our build plans are digital PDF downloads. Because a file can't be "returned" once it has been downloaded, sales are generally final once a plan has been downloaded. We still want you to get what you paid for, so here is when we will make it right.

When we'll fix it, replace it or refund it

This policy covers purchases made on this website. Plans bought on our Etsy shop are handled under our Etsy shop policies and through Etsy.

Contact us within 14 days of your purchase if:

  • The file won't open or is corrupt. We'll send you a working copy. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you in full.
  • You received the wrong plan. We'll send the correct one, or refund you if you prefer.
  • You were charged twice, or bought the same plan twice by mistake. We'll refund the duplicate.
  • You bought a single plan and then the bundle (No-CNC Shop Builder Bundle) on this website within 14 days. We'll refund what you paid for the single plan(s) included in the bundle, so you don't pay twice for the same plan.
  • You haven't downloaded the plan yet and change your mind. We'll check our download records and, if the file hasn't been downloaded, refund you in full.
  • You find a real error in a plan (for example, a wrong dimension or cut length). We'll send you a corrected version at no charge. If we can't correct it, we'll refund you.

What isn't covered

  • Changing your mind after the plan has been downloaded.
  • Not having the tools, skills or materials the plan lists (these are described on every product page, so please read them before you buy).
  • Problems with a project caused by changes to the plan, material substitutions, or build or weld quality.

How to ask for help

Email jacksonfabrication.welding@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps if the file won't open). We usually reply within 1-2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. You should see them within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card company.

Custom fabrication work

Custom fabrication work is not sold through this store. It is quoted and agreed separately, and its payment and cancellation terms are set out in your quote.
